1.1 Instalar Node.js
This book assumes that you know what TypeScript, npm, and WebPack are and what they are used for. Node.js is a runtime for server-side JavaScript applications and has become a popular platform for development tools. To install Node.js, download the installer from https://nodejs.org/es. The examples in this book use the Node.js version 15.5.1 and npm version 7.5.4. Run the installer and ensure that the npm package manager and “add to PATH” options are selected.
The npm package manager is used to download and install Node packages.
